Interactive Calculator

Inspired by the e-learning heros challenge #430, (https://community.articulate.com/articles/using-interactive-calculators-in-e-learning-430) this is an interactive calculator that is displayed in three ways. The calculator is fully functional for basic add, subtract, multiply, and divide functions. The module has a global calculator that can be accessed at any time from the main resource panel. The first example has a calculator built into the question. The second example has a calculator that can be toggled on or off by the learner.
